PRENATAL PILATES
Pilates is a great way to stay in shape throughout your pregnancy and the breathing technique used will help you stay relaxed during the birth itself.
Feel at ease in a class designed specifically for pregnancy, where exercises and positions are modified to suit your progression through the pregnancy.The use of the big fit balls help to make the exercises more comfortable, and toning balls are used to help strengthen the upper body for when the baby arrives! Special focus is also given to the legs & bums and exercises to maintain a toned pelvic floor.

The Prenatal classes run as 6 consecutive weeks on a continuous rolling program, therefore you can start at any time.
Please be aware that in some circumstances it is not appropriate to exercise during your pregnancy. Please contact me to discuss your suitability before attending your first class.
POST NATAL PILATES
Most women can return to exercise 4-6 weeks after a regular birth – the focus then is on reactivating and stabilising the pelvic floor and strengthening the deep abdominals to help flatten the tummy again.
Feel free to bring your baby with you to the class!
