Pure Reformer Pilates
The Reformer machine is one of the most well known pieces of Pilates equipment.
Exercises are performed on a moving carriage with springs and pulleys to provide resistance. The Reformer is extremely versatile and is amazing for building strength without bulk and helps to improve flexibility core stability. The machine can be used lying down, sitting, kneeling and standing so helps with coordination and balance.
All exercises can be adapted for different fitness levels, abilities and ages.
The Pure Reformer sessions are either 6-8 week courses but we also run them as flexible 'drop-in' sessions for you to sample before you book the block. These are also an ideal choice for those clients who can't commit to a set time each week.
