Pilates Mat-work with Small Equipment
This session incorporates the traditional form of Pilates, that utilizes bodyweight for resistance to improve strength, flexibility and core stability, with the use of lots of different pieces of small equipment to add variety and fun to the workouts.
The small equipment includes soft balls, flex-bands, fit-circles, toning balls, foam rollers, spikey balls, Swiss-balls, pilates edges and stability cushions! All this helps to improve posture, body awareness, balance and mobility. All levels welcome. Maximum 10 in a class. |
