Pilates Machine Classes
Machine Pilates is not just the Reformer!!
In these sessions you get to work on all the amazing pieces of Pilates equipment, which include; the Pilates Cadillac, V2max Reformer with Vertical frame, Stability Chairs, Spine Correctors and Ladder Barrel.
Due to the resistance that the equipment provide, this class challenges not only your core stability but will also tone your arms and legs. The machines offer a huge range of exercises that will truly work the core abdominals, develop spinal flexibility, strengthen the back, and stretch the whole body.
There are up to 6 people in a machine class where you work on your own bespoke programme of exercises which is tailored to suit you!
Not everybody's body is the same.
These sessions are always run as 6 week courses to ensure continuity.
