Pilates matwork classes
 
Whatever your age, level of fitness, or amount of pilates experience you have had, there is a class to suit you!!

The STOTT PILATES
® matwork repertoire consists of a series of mat-based exercises based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. Small pieces of equipment such as soft balls, flex-bands and toning balls are used during the sessions to add resistance to tone the arms and legs, challenge co-ordination and balance, and to add a bit of variety and fun to the workouts!

In all of the matwork classes participants are encouraged to work hard but at their own pace and level.
