Hi I'm Annie Rees.

I am passionate about Pilates and if you have heard a little or a lot about the many benefits that Pilates has to offer then read on to find out more about me, my work and Pilates.

I am a qualified
STOTT PILATES® Instructor and Personal Trainer. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years I have come to realise the benefits of Pilates exercise extends far beyond the studio into everyday living. It has the potential to improve peoples lives in so many ways:- improved posture, toned muscles, better mobility/flexibility, less back pain, reduced stress-level...

As well as knowing that Pilates can improve sporting performance (golf swing, tennis stroke, swimming, running etc...) I also have a strong interest in how Pilates can be used to treat/prevent injuries, such as low back pain, sciatica, postural problems, and, how it can benefit those with certain medical conditions such as chronic fatigue (ME), MS, asthma, high blood pressure and arthritis.
